This role sits at the intersection of our horticultural and lawn care and landscaping teams, contributing to the overall care and presentation of some of Brisbane’s most beautiful gardens and acreage properties.
Working primarily within horticultural care, this position also supports our lawn care operations, requiring a strong working knowledge across both disciplines. It’s a dynamic, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes across different aspects of the landscape. Our Horticulture & Turf Technicians are adaptable, practical, and solutions-focused. They move confidently between garden care, lawn maintenance, and broader property needs, supporting the team wherever required.
We're looking for more than someone who can simply complete a list of landscaping tasks. You need to be organised, efficient and solutions-focused. You should be able to look at a job, understand what needs to happen, plan the most efficient way to complete it and identify solutions when challenges arise.
