Are you the ultimate 'Turf Perfectionist' - a keen Greenkeeper | Turf Technician: someone who gets real satisfaction in obtaining the best turf in the street?
At Yards, we specialise in premium residential turf care across Brisbane. For 21 years, we’ve built a reputation for exceptional quality, and we’re now looking for a skilled Greenkeeper | Turf Technician who genuinely cares about turf presentation and craftsmanship.
This is not volume mowing. This is high-standard, detail-focused turf care where quality matters.
About the Role
You’ll work across some of Brisbane’s most beautiful private properties, delivering high-end turf outcomes including:
• Premium turf maintenance and presentation.
• Turf renovations.
• Weed, pest & disease management.
• Irrigation troubleshooting and adjustments.
• Operating and maintaining commercial-grade turf equipment (mowers, aerators, scarifiers, line trimmers and more).
You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your sites and produce work you’re proud to put your name to.
What We're Looking For
• A genuine passion for premium turf care: the drive to create the best lawn in the street for our clients.
• Qualification in Greenkeeping, Sports Turf Management, or similar is preferred.
• Proven lawn renovation and maintenance experience.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence and unrestricted working rights.
• Positive, professional attitude.
